Returns
We will refund the payment minus shipping and handling on unused, original package and 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping must be paid by the buyer. Item must be returned within up to 48 hours of the received date.
Defective
If item is defective upon received, we require return shipment within 48 hours.
Warranty
1 year warranty for all Gas valve controls.
In order to get the warranty for the parts, it must be installed by a Licensed Gasfitter Technician.
We will send the defective item to the manufacturer to inspect, once it’s found eligible then we will give you a refund. Please allow 30 days to process the warranty. Any parts being return to our warehouse should be clearly marked “Return to Canada” NOT sold, in this case no duty/taxes will be charged on it.
IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials, may be deducted from the total credit amount.
